"The touchpad on my Surface Pro 4 had an intermittent fault so I took it into iPhix Tech NI. It turns out that, rather than something expensive and/or fatal, the problem was that an update had altered a setting. iPhix Tech NI unclicked the offending box and it works fine. No charge! I've always had good experiences with iPhix, as have all the people who I have recommended to go there."
